Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using easySAR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What easySAR is

easySAR is a free tool that helps UK residents draft and send Subject Access Requests (SARs) under Article 15 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

easySAR is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and use of this tool does not create a solicitor-client relationship. The letters generated are templates based on UK GDPR requirements and should be reviewed before sending.

To prevent abuse, the Service limits submissions to 3 per day per device. This limit is enforced client-side. We reserve the right to introduce additional server-side rate limiting without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
